Volunteers are the engine of every F3 event - the gritty, no‑spotlight crew who keep the chaos controlled and the energy electric. They’re the ones flipping the course before sunrise, keeping athletes moving when the lungs burn, and making sure every rep, every lap, every finish line actually happens. Without them, the race doesn’t run - period. Their commitment is the difference between a good event and a legendary one, and we treat our volunteers like the backbone they are: respected, supported, and part of the F3 family for life.
