  • 1000m Run (outdoor or treadmill at 2% incline)
  • 50 Burpee Broad Jumps (90 cm / 36 inches minimum)
  • 100 Stationary Lunges (full extension, no cheating)
  • 1000m Row
  • 30 Hand-Release Push-Ups
  • 100 Wall Balls (6kg for men / 4kg for women)

CHALLENGE THE CLOCK – GO FOR GOLD

  • Are you under 45? Aim for Sub 22 minutes
  • Are you 45 or older? Go for Sub 24 minutes

Fast - Hyrox Half & half

This race combines half the requirements of each of the eight stations, followed by a quick 500-meter run after every one. The result is one of the most well-rounded fitness testing formats ever created.

Far - Hyrox Full

Do it all! Hit up 8 kilometres of running with 8 workout stations at each kilometre mark to catch your breath... Experience the worlds most popular race in a urban enviroment with your best friend or by yourself!

Functional - Hyrox Strong

Uses all 8 Stations to create a rapid-fire event that you can challenge your friends, coworkers, or your own personal bests. If you don't like running but love pushing yourself to your limits this is the event for you!
