About Jen

Jen is a dedicated fitness professional with over 15 years of experience coaching, teaching, and inspiring people to move with purpose. By night (and early mornings… and weekends), she brings that same passion and leadership to the F3 Endurance community as your Head Trainer. She has spent her career in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor, cycle instructor, and certified personal trainer — earning national recognition for her work and building a reputation for her energy, expertise, and no‑nonsense coaching style.

Known for pushing her clients beyond their comfort zones while making them laugh, stay engaged, and believe in themselves even when the work gets tough. Her classes are challenging, intentional, and accessible for every level — from beginners finding their footing to elite athletes chasing their next breakthrough.

What drives Jen isn’t the physical transformation. It’s watching people realize they’re capable of doing hard things. Seeing confidence grow. Watching someone show up, dig in, and surprise themselves with what they can do all while growing a community of awesome humans!

She’s a coach who leads with heart, grit, and a deep belief in the power of community, she’s committed to helping build a space where people work hard, support each other, and get stronger together.

About Frankie

By day Frankie works as a Senior Leader helping define, inspire, and motive a large company’s vision and goals. By night (early morning and weekends also) he brings those skills to you as your coach.

Frankie is an inspiring and passionate athlete that has created a lifestyle for himself that is extremely motivating and contagious.

Pushing himself to complete many highly recognized courses he has educated himself and has become certified on some of the most cutting-edge training strategies available.

On top of that all over the last 5 years Frankie has lost 50 pounds and has developed into an Obstacle Course Racing machine that also loves to put on his running shoes for a good road race. Frankie has no problem getting into the gym and crush functional fitness workouts and events! Believe it or not he has completed over 75 OCR races, 20 Spartan trifectas (2 of them in two days two years in a row) and hit a podium more than a few times! He has racked up over 1000 competitive kilometers.

Definitely not your typical coach but for surly someone you would want on your side!
